What are our delivery charges?

All our houses come pre-assembled.  All you have to do is put them where you want them, add your feeders, waterers, litter and birds.  Please remember that because our houses are built from good quality timber they are quite heavy and therefore costly to transport; so please bear that in mind when you order.

For most local deliveries we use our own vehicle and trailer - that way we know it will get to you in the condition we dispatched it.

Local deliveries within 20 miles £25.

Mainland deliveries within 100 miles, £25 plus 75p per mile (one way over 20 miles).

For deliveries beyond this distance, please contact us for a price.  We will do our best to find a competitive quote from a reliable courier.

You are of course welcome to collect your house in person, free of charge.

What are our payment terms?

We ask for full payment when you place your order.  All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

When can I expect my house to be delivered?

We make most of our houses to order, that way we can accommodate any preferences you may have.  We normally expect to be able to deliver within 21 days of your order, but if we are very busy, it may take a little longer.  We will confirm the likely timeframe at the time of order.
